> justfarm.it runs your daily phone workflows with AI, on iPhones you own. You show a phone a routine once by chatting, it keeps the routine as a program, runs it on a schedule, and when an app changes the AI reads the screen and repairs the step. Every fix is saved where you can undo it.

## What it is

- Software that drives real iPhones you own, connected to your computer over USB. The computer can run Mac, Windows or Linux.
- You build a routine by telling a chat what you want and watching the phone do it, one step at a time. "Make this a program" keeps it.
- A program is a list of plain steps a person could read: Open TikTok, Tap the icon "plus", Wait until the screen shows TEXT, Type the draft text. No code and no screen coordinates.
- Programs run at the hours you set, in each phone's own time zone, with nights off.
- It works by sight: it reads the screen itself, so programs work in apps that have no API.

## When something goes wrong

- Each step decides what happens if it fails: let the AI fix it, stop the program, or carry on.
- When the AI fixes a step (for example, a notifications card covering the camera button), it reads the screen, deals with what is in the way and tries again.
- A fix that worked can become part of the program. Every change is listed in Changes and can be undone.
- Built-in rules answer iPhone questions and close notices. Money, passwords, deleting, trust and installing are always left to a person.
- It sends a notification, or a Telegram message, when a run fails or a phone needs a person.

## A worked example of scale

One phone with three influencers, three original videos each per day, posted on six platforms, makes 3 × 3 × 6 = 54 posts a day. Four phones make 216; twelve make 648. This is a showcase of what the schedule allows, not a promise of reach.

- A picture of each step: 14 days.
- Quick looks: 7 days.
- Evidence of an AI fix: 60 days.
- What you type is never kept.

## Rules of the platforms

Each platform has its own rules on automation and accounts, and they still apply. Use justfarm.it with your own accounts and content you have the right to post, label ads as ads, and present virtual characters as virtual.

## Pricing

$49 a month per phone, with $10 of AI included with every phone every month (the chat, the AI that steps in when a step fails, quick decisions, writing influencers). More AI is at Anthropic's and OpenAI's own prices, with no markup: top-ups from $10, or auto top-up. Daily warmups use no AI. Your phones and their connection are not included. Cancel any time.
